Residential projects and developments

A housing development needs a clear construction plan and steady coordination between the owner, technical advisers and site teams. Teulamar can review projects involving multiple homes, villas or residential developments on the Costa Blanca.

We start with the technical documentation and each developer’s requirements. Scope, phases, materials and the way we would work together are reviewed before a proposal is prepared. If you are considering a development, tell us its location and current stage.
